The Jimny SA Price Index is computed from Jimny SA's own aggregated classifieds dataset — every Suzuki Jimny listed for sale in South Africa across the major listing platforms, tracked daily. All figures are seller asking prices, not final transaction prices. Listings priced under R60,000 (salvage, spares or data errors) are excluded from price statistics. Days-on-market covers listings whose removal we can currently verify (AutoTrader and WeBuyCars). Monthly snapshots are frozen when the month closes and are not restated.
